Payroll Form - Please complete and return by end of first week at work along with P45 or P46 Form if you dont have one (P46 download on right of page).Timesheet Download - Please ensure that you have completed and totalled your hours up acurately, that you have obtained a Signature from a manager at the client you have worked and that you return it to us by 2pm on Monday of the week following your work placement.For some of the contracts that we supply it is important that Temps are able to understand basic information and simple Maths - Please complete the Test (when requested by your consultant).Click here for a P46 form if you don't have a current (less than 2 Months old) P45 - If we don't have this then you will be taxed at a higher rate for your first few weeks pay.Download and Complete and Return the Registration Form.All Temps must read, sign and return a copy of the Terms of engagement - In effect your contract with Kwik Staff.At Kwik Staff we take great care that our staff are not exposed to workloads or conditions that may be detrimental to their health, please therefore complete this form ahead of commencement of work with us.
